building muscle mass after 50
Does this workout to build muscle or tone?

Been working for a couple of years and thought I had beaten my plateau biceps. He thought it was time for a workout routine, so after researching I found a line. My question is, is this routine aimed more at a baseball biceps, or construction of a biceps strength / mass. BB Curls – 4sets x 8-12 reps hammer curls 3 x 8 EZ bar curls 3 x 8 DB Curls ALT 3 x 8 Preacher curls Concentration curls 3 x 8 3 x 8 for the moment that comes to ALT DB curls im only able to lift about 75% of my normal weight, concentration curls and then only 50% of what you normally can do, so it's safe to say im pretty burned about 3 / 4 of the way through training. Is this good for building mass or tone only?

doing sets of 8, usually raising hypertrophy, which means it will gain mass if you lift enough weight to do only 8 reps will also be strengthened as we increase the mass. if you want to earn more for your biceps do a lot Lift your back. Most movements designed to improve the size and strength back, will also help you gain size and strength in the biceps. It is best to work on large muscle groups like chest, back and legs, and the core of the smaller muscles like the calves, biceps, triceps, forearms grow as they grow larger muscles that are the basis and foundation of strength if you have more questions go to http://www.teambeachbody.com/senseironald God bless you need to vary your workouts every 4-6 weeks, if we keep doing the same every month, will stabilize and stop growing I can help with that
