After reading Muscle and Fitness magazine, I see there building muscle and many health benefits of taking creatine supplement. I am interested in the same attempt, but I'm not sure because of my age. What I take creatine powder is straight, not mixed anything. Am I too young?

I would advise against it. Creatine is good and useful, but the 15 that could hamper its growth, and confuse muscles. If you are looking to gain weight and muscle size, make sure you are eating more than enough calories and one gram of protein per pound of body weight. I would stay off creatine for the time being, and follow a good diet rich in calories, proteins to chaperone his regime of weight lifting. The protein will optimize muscle growth during their growing years and make sure that the recovery from workouts.
