What is the 'perfect' time interval between meals – to prevent aging and build muscle at the same time?

I know everyone is different, but because calorie restriction is the best way to frequent meals and anti-aging and small businesses are the best way to maintain perfect blood sugar and muscle mass, which in its opinion or based on clinical research is the best interval A: reducing radicals free and B: muscle building? I know this is a bit contradictory, but that is why I ask the question. Personally, I found that 3 hours and 20 minutes of my body begins to ask for more food. I read somewhere that you should eat every 2 to 3 hours about 6 times a day to increase metabolism. Regarding age, I think it's more a matter of what you eat.
