im starting my new diet tomorrow?
im 5 "9 160 pounds. im a guy and I am 16 years old. want to lose more body fat and lean. below is my proper diet, when I wake up I take fish oil and I drink two cups of water. 7:00 flour 1 to 1 whey protein shake (milk powder) and a banana 9:45 flour 2-1 cup low-fat cottage cheese with a handful of nuts flour 3 11:35 – 2:00 lean pre-workout meal, 2 cups water and 1 tablespoon of protein Whey-2:30 to 3:30 4:00 training after training shake whey protein food (milk powder) and a banana for dinner 5:00-lean with brown rice and vegetables. or whatever my mom's home cooking that night ago. ensure that their patients healthy i go to bed at 8:00 what is this? I get really lean only thing i drink is water (other than milk with my protein shakes)
Well I follow everything you said and here are the results. Item 1 of 5 items Food Grain Fruit and Vegetable Food (Banana counts as 2 portions 1) 4 elements of the Milk and Alternatives Food 3 items Meat and alternatives Well let's start by the way even though I have 13, I'm good with the details of my health and because I see a dietitian so I know all this:) You need more grain foods for sure. Looking at the graph on the right and now says it needs eight servings of vegetables and fruits. 7 servings of grain products and milk 3-4 Meat Alt 3 Etc.. and drink plenty of whey protein so that it is not so good for powder and put material in your body. trust me. if you want to be lean and stay lean then make a whole lifestyle and I doubt that you drink whey protein shakes every day and eat a thousand a thousand banana Sheesh how cute! : P * Get 3 food groups For each meal * Get two food groups for each SNACK Example .. Breakfast – 1 cup cereal, 1 cup milk, half cup of raspberries Snack – Yogurt with a meal clementine – 1 cup brown rice with chicken and vegetables, an apple, a glass of milk Snack – Cheese (portion size) and biscuits (rye crackers) Dinner – Chicken Vegso, 1 cup pasta (Integral), a glass of milk .. Also one last thing on his plate, half of your plate should be filled with vegetables, n the other half, divided by 2, where rice must be / Pasta w / e is n the other, where the chicken and beef w / e is that you have .. If we are to have the nuts are only about 10-12 that are high in fat and calories, be careful with regard to the meat food group. that seems like a lot. anyway, just be more active, eat healthier and leaner and you will feel AMAZING, trust me. and if I do not listen and continue to eat all the strange then I hope you know that will affect their growth .. yes you are like what I'm psht 16. but 're still growing child .. and if they do not see what you eat very closely n make sure you are super duper healthy n everything then you'll regret later. and affect you! & I did not get this from a website, I have written it with all my knowledge and information I learned, yay me!
