Building Muscle Mass In 30 Days

Having a hard time building muscle mass (lean)?
Ive made some intensive training sessions and I'm losing confidence. Im really skinny and tall and I can not seem to get any bigger muscles. I and 130 pounds and 6'2 hours. Ive stopped working after doing some 1.5 months, to no avail, and pissing off his ego. I did the following exercises for about 1-1.5 hours one day, Heres a list of things I've done: Dumbbell Bench Press (I used 2 40 lbs), 10-20 reps Chest Press Cable (Over 80 lbs), 10-15 repetitions Dumbbell Curl (20-25s), 20-30 reps Seated Cable Fly (~ 70 pounds), usually 15 to 20 repetitions develop and do these exercises to get a throbbing pain in my head crazy and then I say shit and leave. I do not think that a little pain head can be healthy for Id and not quit. Any idea what I could try to get at least a little muscle mass? I tried protein shakes and didn't help. It seems to have a crazy metabolism because no matter how much you eat my weight change doent
Do not take steroids cuz that only makes a mess even worse …. treat eating carbohydrate foods such as eggs, pasta, etc. Keep doing the exercises depending on what your trying to build muscles
