Why women and girls believe they can win a lot of muscle mass in just one or two weeks?

You know – the "I've been doing a lot of cardio and healthy eating only 1,000 calories a day for a week and won two pounds is fine muscle "questions. Where do they get the idea that they can make a lot of muscle in a short period of time in both a calorie deficit and muscle building exercise? Where does this?

Everyone knows to eat only things considered "healthy" keep your body at its best! Lets just eat apples and drink tea all day and watch the fat melt away! Stay away from bad things, like carbohydrates and fats because everyone knows that just go straight to the hips, the doctors who claim their bodies used for beneficial purposes have no idea! (Sorry I have a bit carried away by the sarcasm), but you can see, a combination of these things (and I'm sure there are many other factors) makes women think they can have these terrible eating habits and healthy, they're getting heavier because they must be "replace" losing fat with muscle mass of 'toning exercises.>. <The world needs more education lol. I am not an expert certainly live with two girls who are medical students and, in return for giving them the training I can learn the technical aspects of how things work (today I learned that I can mix my acid glutamine with things, because that chain of amino acids can be reformed but not allocated as creatine can je). But every post answer here someone learns something new. We do things right here, Gaviota. XD
